Paper flowers workshop in Brighton
Create your own beautiful box frame filled with handmade paper flowers – a colourful piece of floral art designed to last.
In this relaxing half-day workshop, you’ll learn how to transform simple sheets of paper into striking three-dimensional flowers, leaves and foliage before arranging them into your own decorative box frame.
Using a variety of coloured papers, templates and shaping techniques, you’ll explore different ways to cut, curl, layer and build petals to create a selection of flowers in different shapes and sizes. You’ll then play with colour, placement and composition to bring your individual floral display together.
Choose bold, joyful colours, softer natural shades or create your own combination. No two frames need to look the same, and there will be plenty of opportunity to experiment and make the finished piece your own.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a completed framed floral artwork ready to display at home or give as a handmade gift.
The workshop image gives you a flavour of what you can create. The box frames used in the workshop may vary in shape, size and finish from those pictured.
