Dotty Mandalas – Kids workshop in Brighton
Explore colour, pattern, and creativity in this fun dot painting workshop for young makers (8+)! Using dotting tools and acrylic paint, children will create their own bright and colourful mandala design on canvas.
Experienced Pretty Neat tutors guide the session step by step, helping children learn simple dotting techniques while encouraging their own ideas and colour choices. The workshop is relaxed and beginner-friendly, making it perfect for children who enjoy creative, hands-on activities.
As the patterns grow, children can experiment with symmetry, rhythm, and repeating shapes while building confidence and focus through making.
Each child leaves with a finished dotty mandala canvas ready to display at home.
All materials are included, along with drinks and light snacks from the gallery.

All workshops are beginner-friendly unless stated otherwise, and we provide all the materials you need. Adult sessions are for ages 16+, teen classes for ages 11–16, and family workshops for ages 7+ with an accompanying adult. Everything you create is yours to take home.
