These relaxed sessions take place at Pretty Neat Gallery & Studio in Brighton Marina and are suitable for complete beginners, improvers, and experienced makers looking for guidance with a particular technique or project.
Unlike a group workshop, private tuition allows you to learn in a way that suits you. You can focus entirely on the skills you want to develop, ask as many questions as you like, and work at a pace that feels comfortable.

If there is a particular art or craft skill you would like to learn, please get in touch. We may be able to arrange tuition with one of our guest instructors or create a session specifically for your needs.
Alternatively, already working on a project but feeling stuck? Private sessions are also ideal if you need help understanding a pattern, solving a technical problem, learning a new technique, using unfamiliar materials, or completing a project that has been sitting unfinished for months.

Our aim is to help you build skills and confidence while enjoying the process of making. As a result, there is no pressure to keep up with a group, no previous experience is required, and every session is tailored to your individual goals.
